Here you can get an idea of the scope of each home remodel. Each home transformation shown are “Entire Home Transformations” and home addition plans. In some cases these homes were purchased by young families that handed us the keys allowing us to handle the transformation before they moved into the houses. Each step of the project is overseen by David Pangione. His team is organized to create a seamless design & build experience for his New Jersey customers.

Ranch Add a Level Transformation
Above is a recent 5000 sq ft Total Home Transformation in Englewood Cliffs New Jersey. This young family purchased this ranch home and never moved in. They had a design concept and predesigned plans that they worked on. They hired Pangione Developers to handle floor plan tweaks that were needed. We then took care of the building department process easily getting the plans approved. This entire build involved stripping down the entire home. The basement and 1st floor were completely taken down to the studs. We also added an entire new add a level. In all, this total home transformation was approximately 5000 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. As you can see, the entire exterior was transformed as well. We removed the full brick exterior and installed a hardy plank siding with decorative stone front finish. The lower foundation includes a beautiful stucco finish. Cape Cod Home Transformation
If you are interested in an open floor plan 1st floor and moving your beds and baths upstairs all within a cape cod, then take a look at this walkthrough video. here Dave was hired to add a new 2nd level and transform the entire 1st floor. Upstairs we added a beautiful master bedroom suite. Also, we included 2 additional bedrooms – 3 in all. A 2nd bathroom was also created on the 2nd floor. In the hall, we built a nice sized laundry.
The master bedroom suite includes many of our Bonus Package Offers such as a 10′ cathedral tray ceiling. We also included beautiful crown mouldings. On the 1st floor, we completely opened it up. The large relocated kitchen offers plenty of space just off of the new family area. Don’t forget to look at the amazing dining area. Here we installed a decorative floor box within the hardwood flooring. The walls were dressed with our Bonus Trim Package which includes decorative wall boxes, chair railings and crown mouldings not only in the dining area but all throughout the 1st floor. Ranch Add a Level Home Transformation
This ranch add a level transformation came out amazing. The entire home was completely remodeled. To start, we added a front lemonade porch and bumped forward the existing garage. We opened up the entire 1st floor and made a truly spectacular layout. The new add a level consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We also created an open 2 story foyer and full laundry.
On the 1st floor we relocated the kitchen and completely opened it up. The old ranch had a rear corner staircase leading into the basement. The new plan layout had us relocate and create a new staircase just inside the front door. The staircase leading up to the 2nd floor is open and grand. Cape Cod Add A Level Home Transformation
This cape cod was in need of a makeover desperately. A young family purchased this fixer upper ( for a lack of better words) and immediately hired Pangione Developers to create the floor plans and build this project. As poor as the exterior looks, the interior was even worse. It needed a lot of help. Thankfully the budget this young family had allowed them to completely overhaul this home.
For starters, the entire home was stripped down to the studs. That includes the original finished basement and entire 1st and 2nd floor. The rear of this home included a new 12′ rear two level addition. This enabled us to create a beautiful flow throughout both floors. The entire top floor and rear 2nd level addition created 3 large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry and an open 2 level foyer on the second floor. The first floor was completely opened up. We created an open floor plan throughout however we built custom carved archways that provide separation. In all the first floor includes a very large kitchen open to the family room and dining room, a full bathroom and a guest bedroom.
In the finished basement, we completely overhauled this layout. We created a media center on one side and a play room on the other. The basement also has access to the side yard.
